Technology & design
Our production facilities are equipped with laser cutting, CNC punching, CNC bending and welding equipment, and we invest in research and development to keep improving our processes and products.
Design and modelling software lets our engineers develop custom products that meet even the most complex requirements.

Process
A 10-step production process
One controlled process for sheet metal work and machine building alike — from first enquiry to handover and quality assurance.
1. Enquiry & survey
We receive your requirements and drawings, survey the application and assess feasibility.
2. Proposal
We propose a design and the manufacturing route that fits your part or machine.
3. Design approval
Design and solution are agreed and approved together with you.
4. Detailed design & prototype
Detailed drawings are completed and a prototype is made for your evaluation.
5. Procurement & part machining
Standard components and materials are ordered; parts are machined and fabricated.
6. Series production
Series production to the approved sample.
7. Assembly & trial run
Assembly and trial runs to standard, with production control at every stage.
8. Finishing & final inspection
Final assembly and a last inspection before shipment.
9. Packing & installation
Packing, transport, installation and handover at your plant or site.
10. Technology transfer & quality assurance
Operator training, technology transfer and quality assurance after handover.
Quality & delivery
Our commitments
To your specification
Products are designed and made to order and meet the technical requirements you set.
CMM inspection
Critical dimensions are checked on a Mitutoyo coordinate measuring machine, with a final inspection before shipment.
On schedule
Our project managers work closely with each customer and provide regular updates so projects finish on time.
Issue response
When an issue occurs our staff come on site to fix it; where it can be solved remotely, we guide you online.
Send your drawings — get a proposal and quotation
Share your drawings, 3D files or technical requirements. Our engineers will come back with a manufacturing approach, lead time and price.
