Our core capability
Sheet metal fabrication is the core business of Sanko Automation Vietnam. We manufacture electrical cabinets, cable trays, pallets, trolleys, machine enclosures and other sheet metal products exactly to your drawings and technical requirements.
Our workshop is equipped with laser cutting, CNC punching, CNC bending and welding equipment, and our design and modelling software lets us develop custom products that meet even the most complex requirements.
- 3 kW fiber laser cutting: up to 16 mm thick, up to 35 m/min
- CNC bending and CNC punching
- MIG welding of 3.0–10.0 mm material
- Self-clinching hardware (PEM) insertion: up to 8 t, 600 mm reach
- Secondary machining on CNC milling machines
- Dimensional inspection on a CMM
